The protective cover

In order to protect your instrument from scratches, dirt, and minor everyday impacts, Compex 3 is delivered with a cover.

 

Gel

This is a conductive gel with neutral physicochemical properties.
It is required when searching for motor points and for denervated muscle treatment.
It also increases the stimulation comfort for some patients (e.g. those with lots of hair) and extends the life of the electrodes.

To guarantee your safety, Compex 3 has been designed, manufactured, and distributed in compliance with the requirements of the European Directive 93/42/EC.
The device complies with the IEC 60601-1 standard on general safety rules for electromedical devices.

It also follows the IEC 60601-1-2 standard on electromagnetic compatibility and the IEC 60601-2-10 standard on particular safety requirements for nerve and muscle stimulators.

Compex 3 also complies with Directive 2002/96/EEC on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE).
